New User Guide
A GLYPH workspace is a single, secure place for your team and your work. If you’ve recently been invited to one, this guide will help you get set up and started in GLYPH.
Setup your GLYPH membership
You’ll receive an invite from your workspace admin; invites can be shared as an email, QR Code or invite link to Sign Up.
- Enter First Name and Last Name.
- Create and confirm a strong Password.
- Verify your information is correct and Create your membership.
- Continue through prompts to setup Multi-Factor Authentication and Allow Notifications.
- Note: Depending on the type of invite you received, you may be prompted to join a video huddle. If so, allow camera and microphone permissions and Join the video huddle.
Join groups and configure your group notification settings
Now that you’ve created your account and joined your workspace, you can add your device to each group and configure your group notification settings.
- Select a group and select Add This Device to join the group. With your device added, you’ll be able to receive messages and use the core group features within this group.
- Next, select the 3-dot icon and select Settings.
- Here you can adjust your Personal Notification Settings. The default is Mentions Only, but if you’d like a device notification for every message select All.
- Repeat the previous steps for each group in your group list.
Start using GLYPH for quantum-safe collaboration
Now that you’ve finished setting up your membership and joined your workspace groups, you can begin using the core features of GLYPH.
- Create your own groups and direct message other members of your workspace.
- Send encrypted rich-text messages
- Select a message to reply in a thread.
