Manage Workspace Members

Admins and Managers can easily manage workspace members using the GLYPH web app. Follow these steps to efficiently search for, view, and edit member details:

  1. Access the Workspace Management Panel
  2. Search for Members
      • Use the search tool to locate specific workspace members.
  3. Viewing Member Details
    • Quick View: Click on the member's name to open a compact profile view where you can:
      • Edit details such as First Name, Last Name, and Account Role.
      • Changes save automatically.
      • Use the Delete option to remove the member from the workspace.
    • Detailed View: Hover over the member's name and select the > (right caret) to access a comprehensive profile where you can:
      • Edit member details (similar to Quick View).
      • Manage group memberships and roles by:
        • Adjusting Group Roles.
        • Removing the member’s devices from groups, which burns group content from the devices.
        • Using Remove All to fully remove the member from the group and erase group content from all associated devices.

By using these tools, you can maintain a secure and well-organized workspace.
