Manage Workspace Members
Admins and Managers can easily manage workspace members using the GLYPH web app. Follow these steps to efficiently search for, view, and edit member details:
- Access the Workspace Management Panel
- Log in to GLYPH web app.
- navigate to Manage Workspace
- Search for Members
- Use the search tool to locate specific workspace members.
- Viewing Member Details
- Quick View: Click on the member's name to open a compact profile view where you can:
- Edit details such as First Name, Last Name, and Account Role.
- Changes save automatically.
- Use the Delete option to remove the member from the workspace.
- Detailed View: Hover over the member's name and select the > (right caret) to access a comprehensive profile where you can:
- Edit member details (similar to Quick View).
- Manage group memberships and roles by:
- Adjusting Group Roles.
- Removing the member’s devices from groups, which burns group content from the devices.
- Using Remove All to fully remove the member from the group and erase group content from all associated devices.
By using these tools, you can maintain a secure and well-organized workspace.
