How to use the GLYPH Meeting for Google Calendar add-on
Sign into GLYPH Meeting for Google Calendar add-on

- Sign in to your Google account and navigate to your Google Calendar.
- In the right-side panel, click the GLYPH Meeting icon.
- If prompted, click Login to GLYPH and follow the instructions to allow permissions, refresh your Google Calendar page when finished.
- Once logged in, you'll now be able to adjust your GLYPH Meeting settings.
- Sign in to the Google Calendar app.
- Tap the plus icon, then Event.
- Tap the video conferencing drop-down and select GLYPH.
- Tap Authorize and follow the on-screen instructions.
Change GLYPH Meeting Settings for Google Calendar add-on
GLYPH Meeting settings can only be adjusted from the Google Calendar web interface.
- Sign in to your Google account and navigate to your Google Calendar.
- In the right-side panel, click the GLYPH Meeting icon.
- Here you can adjust GLYPH Meeting settings, each meeting link created will use these settings. You can adjust these settings at any time here for newly created GLYPH Meeting links.
Schedule a GLYPH Meeting from Google Calendar

- Sign in to your Google account and navigate to your Google Calendar.
- Click Create or click a time slot on the calendar for your meeting.
- Enter your meeting details and guest list.
- In the Add video conferencing drop-down menu, select GLYPH under the ADD-ONS section.
- Click Save to schedule your GLYPH meeting.
Note: You can similarly schedule GLYPH meetings in Gmail by creating a new meeting in the calendar view.
- Sign in to the Google Calendar app.
- Tap the plus icon, then Event.
- Tap the video conferencing drop-down and select GLYPH.
- Enter your meeting details and guest list.
- Tap Save to schedule your GLYPH meeting.
Note: You can similarly schedule GLYPH meetings in the Gmail app by creating a new meeting in the calendar view.
