I'm Out of Sync with the Group. What Should I Do?

If you see a message indicating that you are out of sync or notice this icon next to the group, you can attempt a recovery to resynchronize.

  • On Mobile: Open the group and tap the Attempt Recovery button.
  • On Web: Click the group's ellipsis menu and select Attempt Recovery.

If recovery is unsuccessful, ask the group owner to remove your device from the group and add it back.
