I can't login? 

If you have trouble logging in to your GLYPH account with your username or password, here are some things you can try.

Error - User not found or password mismatch.

  • Request a password reset.
    If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password? links on the login page. The The Reset Password option will send an email that will let you to reset your password. If you do not have access to the email address associated with your account, contact support.
  • Check your formatting.
    Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, and spacing matters. Be sure to use the correct capitalization, and that there are no extra spaces before or after the text.

Error - The operation couldn’t be completed. (Workspace.DBError error1.)

  • When you purchase a new mobile device and transfer your data from an old device you'll need to delete the GLYPH app and reinstall it to authenticate the new device.
