How do I fix 'Message Collision Error'?

When sending a message, you might encounter a conflict with another group operation.  If you see this error, try resending your message. If the error continues, go to the group members list and click 'Save'.  Attempt to send your message once more.  If the issue persists, try removing the device from the group and then adding it back.  If you are still experiencing problems, please reach out to our supportive team at support@sentriqs.com.
