Account & access

I can't sign in — what now?

Start with the Can't log in article. The most common causes are an unapproved device, an expired MFA token, or a password that's been reset elsewhere.

I see a "waiting for secrets" message

Your session is waiting for the device's cryptographic state to catch up. See Waiting for secrets.

Notifications & sync

I'm not getting notifications

Check per-device notification settings and your OS-level permission for GLYPH. The Notifications article walks through the desktop and mobile settings.

My messages or group list look stale

This is usually a sync hiccup. The Out of sync article shows how to force a fresh sync.
