Camera and Microphone Troubleshooting

Chrome or Edge

1. Navigate to GLYPH and start a Video Huddle.
2. When first using our Video Huddles, you will be prompted to Allow or Block. Make sure to allow GLYPH to use your Camera and Microphone.
3. To check or change your permissions, log in to GLYPH and click the site information icon in the URL bar to view your site permission settings.

Firefox

1. Navigate to GLYPH and start a Video Huddle.
2. When first using our Video Huddles, you will be prompted to Allow or Block. Check the "Remember this decision" box and Allow.
3. To check or change your permissions, log in to GLYPH and click the site information icon in the URL bar to view your site permission settings.

Safari (MacOS)

• To check your permission settings:
  • Log in to GLYPH.
  • Go to Safari > Settings > Websites.
  • Verify Camera is set to Allow for glyphapp.io
  • Verify Microphone is set to Allow for glyphapp.io

iOS

• To check you permissions:
  • Open your device Settings app.
  • Go to Apps
  • Find and select GLYPH.
  • Verify Microphone and Camera access are toggled On.
